Oatmeal is my main choice, add a few berries, different kinds each day for some variety. It will keep you full and tastes great. Quarter cup is all you need.

Thanks for the great slow cooker oatmeal recipe. I'm going to try this one with sugar free brown sugar - but during the day when I'm home to monitor it. What a wonderful way to "jazz up" our gluten free steel cut oats, that are yummy - but get boring sometimes!

You can search for recipes for mini meatloaves, they are basically ground lean beef or chicken and shredded carrots and zucchini and some spices, breadcrumbs, and you bake them in muffin tins or mini muffin tins.

While I can eat egg whites, I cannot have the yolks.
I had lots of ideas. I didn't read all the comments but skimmed them and it looks like most of my main breakfasts were covered.
Only other ideas I have that I did not see is:
Quinoa Breakfast: be sure to "rinse" 3 or 4 times. (Bring quinoa to boil, drain, add fresh water, rebring to boil, drain, add fresh water ....this removes all the bitterness and tartness of quinoa and is neccesary in order to make a sweet breakfast food.) Think of it as oatmeal and add whatever you want. My favorites are cranberries and honey, or freshly sliced apples, cinnamon and sugar.
Cold cereal: have to admit, tons of options available, no eggs.
Turkey Bacon, toast and fruit: sometimes I will add an egg white or two.
Hash brown omelet: Hasbrowns sautéed with onions, peppers and tomatoes. Salt and pepper.
Bagels and cream cheese: also, love to top with fruit.

Everything else I can think of I already saw mentioned.

chai seed pudding (2 tbs of chai seeds mixed with a cup of milk, a splash of vanilla, and whatever toppings you would like...maple syrup, berries, bananas, pumpkin, honey, cinnamon...you can do whatever you like...but shake it up and leave it over night in the fridge)

healthy breakfast bowl (1 sausage (I use a vegan spicy mexican), 2 cups of spinach or any greens, a small bit of onion, 1/2 red pepper...sauteed...then top with 1/2 tomato, 20 grams of cheese and a small dallop of plain yogurt. Yum).

sprouted grain toast, 1 tbs spicy hummus, 1/2 avocado sliced, 1 or 2 slices of tomato. So good too.

Wrap. Refried beans wrapped in a small sprouted grain tortilla shell, smother it in salsa and 20 grams of cheese. Bake it for 15 minutes. Serve with plain greek yogurt.
