people that fear the holidays because of food are silly.

I'm looking forward to just letting go and eating lots of cake and candy for about a week!!!0

With Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, that is a roughly 228 days of the average American's lifespan.
Not even a full year of celebrating over your whole lifetime. I will take what I can get.0 -

I'm going to use my mouth. Just like I do now.0

I plan on enjoying myself fully!0

Well I do pretty much all the cooking so... normally I guess.0

i took the last two season off so I plan to eat this year, but for damage control I am losing weight before the holidays so damage is min or none at all if it evens out lol0

Okay - I will be the first to admit that I am dreading the holidays. There is food and booze everywhere. I can never control myself. I'll look in the mirror and be disappointed that I couldn't have done better in limiting the crap and wine intake.0

First I was like....
But then I was like...

Since I do alot of cookie & candy making during Christmas; I'll be having Thanksgiving at my house this year - I plan on enjoying myself but I am going to try & not overdo it.. I've worked too have to blow it all in a 2-3 week span!! That's how I'm eating this year.
I have been a lose & gain person for awhile now, I want to break that cycle.0 -
I'm going to try the new hands-free diet. I can eat whatever I want, but I can't use my hands to do so.
There are going to be a lot of disappointed pumpkin pie fans...0 -
I'm going to bake all the cookies. Then I'm going to eat all the cookies. Then I'm going to eat all of my grandma's baked goods (the ones I can at least). And then I'm going to go about my days and enjoy the time I have with my family and not worry about something that a lot of people cannot even afford to indulge in.0

LOVE this!!! Hahaha0 -
not the holidays!!!!!!!! how will I ever keep off my almost 70lbs lost with all that EATING! I can gain that all back in 3 days if I drink as much bourbon as I would like to!!!!!! I am really worried about it OP, maybe we can wear spanx to thanksgiving in order to help us out?!0

My plan is to EAT ALL TEH FOODZ0
-
My plan is to try to keep the feasting to the actual holidays. So, Thanksgiving! But back on the wagon the day after Thanksgiving. And then, Christmas! But back on the wagon for Boxing Day. In my experience, it's not the holidays themselves, but the whole "season of indulgence" that kills me.0

My plan is to steal a pecan pie and a bottle of wine. Then hide in the coat closet so I don't have to talk to the family member I can't stand.0

It's not even November and I've already read through 2 panic holiday posts. Is this what I can expect from now until the new year? Oyyyy.0

Pretty much0 -
This is my busiest season...so I will be making goodies...lots and lots of goodies. And I am cooking or baking for several weeks in the ramp up to the holidays.
In response to the spoon licking, taste-testing and quality assurance checks, there will be an increase in time spent at the gym!
I don't plan to sweat it too much, though I will probably become a closet scale checker. Any uptick of 5lbs or more will be met with an extra spin class or two...0 -
It's not a big deal.0
