    A couple miles of hills late last week, then a 10 mile long run over the weekend...looks like I am ahead of my goal already, let's see what else I can do...

    OMG! I almost forgot to check in!!! According to RunKeeper, I have surpassed my goal.

    92 TOTAL miles : )

    The cold sucks! I may have to decrease it next month. Getting to the gym will be awful and being outside is not a happy thought in this weather.

    Just wanted to say congrats to all that have made and surpassed their goal. Way to move ur butt! :) Those like me that are still working on it "we got this!" Still have plenty of days to get those last minute miles in :)

    4 miles today, 2 from c25k and 2 from walking after wards. I realized, I'm not likely to hit my goal, though Ill keep pushing for it, but not much time left, and the time left is pretty crazy. No matter what happens though, where I'm at right now is a victory. This time last year I had to quit working out all together, as well as quit work and driving. Then as I started to get back to things, had Gallbladder removed. I still don't know if I will ever be where I was two summers ago, but to be regularly active again is a celebration in itself.

    And to complete my massive brain fart of a couple of days ago....waiting for me when I got to work this morning was a post-it note on my desk where I had written down the names of people that had reached goal while I was updating the spreadsheet and sure enough, there was KAR328's and DCMAT's names...but of course that was not all...also making GOALbut not receiving the proper attention and fawning over as they should were SUNFLOWER9194 and WHEREISMYCOFFEE!!!!     REDNECKBRIDE - That's great that you have clearance from your doctor now! I've adjusted your goal on the spreadsheet for you. Take care and don't overdo it right away now.

    We are killing it again this month!! Love to see all the activity! With this update, we just hit exactly 16000 miles for the month!! Only 881 more to go to break the old record and a little over 5 days to hit it! Whatever you do and no matter how near or far your goal may seem, don't give up!!! Do what you can! Listen to your body though and don't injure yourselves. :flowerforyou:

    BECKYANN1971 - You snuck in there ahead of my update! :wink: No worries, I got you. So very glad to hear that you are happy with how things are going and have such a great attitude and outlook on this. Yeah, sure, while hitting goal might be nice, it's not the most important thing....what's important isimprovement. Being better than you were last week, last month, last year, and so on. And it sounds like you have PLENTY to be so very proud of there! I'm happy and proud for you too! :flowerforyou:
