Nice walking weather today, even though it was a little cool.(here in Ohio that means under 50F in November) Added some more tonight on the dreadmill working on my lesson plans for tomorrow.

Misstasharene - That's is 2 miles more than all those people that haven't logged anything! You just keep right on trying and I'll keep right on being impressed. You do realize that this is how it all starts. 1 mile walks are gateway drugs for more serious things like jogging, biking and various other exercises. :happy: :happy: :noway: :noway: :noway: :bigsmile: :drinker:0 -

6th: 2.65 : a really grotty day - did a class but not walking/jogging/elliptical Aaaaargh
7th: 5.97 : lots of purposeful walking - amazing what you can do when you choose to leave the car in the garage
8th: 3.7 : another miserable day, but a fantastic class and no time for elliptical or treadmill - just some busy walking (oh and lots of stairs!!)
Total: 40.12 m
