Biked 10 miles before weight lifting (lower body).
I wanted to make sure that I would be sore tomorrow morning. :smokin:
We'll see if 10 miles before weight lifting was enough. I also increase the numbers
of lunges & all of my weights.
There's nothing like being sore the day following a workout! :bigsmile:

15.3 miles walked. its harder for me to track now because i joined a gym on the 1st and now i use the treadmill a lot and not my runkeeper0

Cold weather & less daylight is here to stay . . . Even the snow has started to fall in NH :-)
Nov. 2nd: 1.0 mile (*Drills*)
Nov. 3rd: 7.0 miles (*4th Leg of the MHT City Marathon*)
Nov. 6th: 10 miles (*60+ degrees in Nov. - Gotta get out and run)
Nov. 7th: 1.5 miles (*Drills*)
Total (so far): 19.5 miles

@QTGONEWILD - I still use Endomondo to track my indoor treadmill workouts....I just have to enter them manually. I used to use RunKeeper and I think it will let you manually enter workouts for record keeping as well.

I have been so busy. Work and training. I signed up for my second 5k yesterday. Its an ugly sweater run. I have logged 18 miles in my 5k training as of last night. I haven't checked in here but I am still at it. From reading the posts you all are doing pretty well yourselves. Here to getting all the miles we can in. Keep on moving everyone :happy:0

I have been battling a respiratory infection this past week so haven't gotten the miles in like I wanted. I was in bed by 7:30 last night and almost missed my alarm clock this morning.
Miles for Nov 1-7
Walking: 12.53 miles
Exercise Bike:15 miles

I've completely 2.80 miles this month so far all running.

no miles today and none planned for the weekend as i rest saturdays and sundays...BUT i'm shooting for 60 miles for next week since i have no bootcamp i'll be riding my bike at lunch and i aim for 12 each lunch ride...
