Well, ending the month under my goal. Did some yoga with week and today's activities include 4.8K walk then 6 K run
Total for the month: 71.6K

I can't believe how hard it was to get a measly 2.5 miles today. :grumble: But I got it done.:bigsmile:
@speedy Thanks for believing in me. Even when I have my own doubts. I'm really surprised how hard the end of the month was. But you're right, time with family is way more important and precious. I'm hoping I can get back on track next week when things are a little less frantic. :happy:

I know I said yesterday that I was done for November, but I'm at work and we're not busy so Ijust did a lot of laps around the hall for another 1.5 miles. That gives me 60.2 miles for November.0

Added another 3.2 miles on the treadmill and 2.6 miles on the stationary bike at the gym. That was enough to put me over 102 miles for the month. I don't recall being over 100 miles any month before. At least not one that did not include skiing (December or January). I feel pretty good about it though. My running is going well and I got another PR on my 5K time tonight and ran a 4.8 mph avg pace. Now if I could just shed a bunch of this extra weight that anchors me down I could really move. But at least I am feeling stronger and can run harder and tolerate higher intensities and being uncomfortable.
Bring on December.

I finally got out running. I've run 1.1 miles three days in a row. So I'm ending the month at 17 miles.0

Got in a run this morning and a ride this afternoon! Adding just over 30 miles to bring the total for November to 206.26! Didn't make my goal of 250, but still not bad!0

Congrats Dave! I'm hoping losing more pounds will increase my speed. I'd like to get this turtle out of the mud and moving at a faster pace too. But it's still more than the couch potato in me used to do.0 -
