    I have also given up carbs and most processed foods. It's amazing how eliminating those foods really does help curb hunger and cravings. It's just the initial detox that is difficult. I can imagine the wonderful results you see are very motivating.

    I checked out your facebook page. Loved the before and after cupboard pics of carbs. That was a lot of processed stuff, hey?

    Like I posted on your wall, I did the Specific Carb Diet for two solid yrs. I was healthier than any other time in my life. Those types of carbs are worthless and unfilling anyway.
