November 30min/day

Hello,

I decided to challenge me to do 30min (minimum) of exercise a day in all November's days.Walk, aerobic, dance, bike, or others, you choose. In this time we motivate to have a exercise daily and create a routine very important for our brain and body.

Anyone like to join me? You need to understood that somedays you will feel so tired, or you will feel lazy and you will need to push the bottom and exercise because you did commited to it.

I'm in i really need to create routine.

    I don't want anything :) If you like to tell something in every week or just in the last day of this november 30min/day feel free ! You choose what you would like and what is better for you!

    Just do exercise, that is what i want!

    Exactly! Is what i want too! My body and my brain don't have this routine, and for my health i need to have it on my life!

    I'm in! Seem to have lost my way lately!

    So this week I pledge to go jogging every other day (starting today) and do at least 30 mins astanga yoga on the in between days.

    I'm in! Cardio 4 times a week, strength/yoga 3 times a week :)

    Sounds like a good challenge! Yesterday did 45 mins zumba, today wii fit exercises for 50 mins!! Got to admit, I've had my lazy days, but I'm up for the challenge!

    Nov. 3 Day 3) - 3.75 pace for 50 minutes

    In this days i just prefered walk! Maybe i will increase with some power walk with Leslie Sansone.
