Oh, I like this! On days where I don't run I should be getting in a nice after diner walk! You ladies should expand this to December too!! And then I will join you on the monthly challenge!

Hello everyone! Today is the last day of the november 30min/day !
I did almost every day 30min of exercise, my fav was bike, leslie sansone and dance!
The days i didn't because i was sick or i really didn't have time i just try to do a little more the day after.
In the begining was hard, sometimes i feel that i don't like to to but, if we think, 30min its very little and can do very much for us!
I think was a good experience!
