    It has been hard for me to start exercising this month I did really good last month. I haven't been able to exercise at all. I'm not motivated at all!!!

    rramirez1272 i know, sometimes its hard. But for exemple you can do some exercise when you are doing your foods, like power walk, lift the legs to right and left, front to back. Do some abdominal when you watch tv on sofa! Just be creative on that! And you will achieve the 30min per day!

    You're doing fantastic!
    In this 7 days i just did walk sometimes 30minutes, others a little more, just do it without feeling stressfull to count the minutes. I will try to do some aerobic and strength too!

    I would like to join in even though it's Nov. 8th already. Better late than never right? This will give me the motivation to get SOME kind of exercise for 30 minutes every day. So far: Today almost an hour of walking and running. Yesterday 38 minutes. Nov. 6: only 15 minutes! Nov. 5: 30ish.

    Oh, I like this! On days where I don't run I should be getting in a nice after diner walk! You ladies should expand this to December too!! And then I will join you on the monthly challenge!
