Sounds like a good challenge! Yesterday did 45 mins zumba, today wii fit exercises for 50 mins!! Got to admit, I've had my lazy days, but I'm up for the challenge!

rramirez1272 i know, sometimes its hard. But for exemple you can do some exercise when you are doing your foods, like power walk, lift the legs to right and left, front to back. Do some abdominal when you watch tv on sofa! Just be creative on that! And you will achieve the 30min per day!0
