    Sounds like a good challenge! Yesterday did 45 mins zumba, today wii fit exercises for 50 mins!! Got to admit, I've had my lazy days, but I'm up for the challenge!

    Count me in! I just finished day 2 of JMBR :)
    I tend to get demotivated so I need all the supportive friends I could get with the same goal as I am :)

    Nov. 1 (Day 1) - 3.75 pace walk for 45 minutes
    Nov. 2 (Day 2) - walk 2.5 pace for 45 minutes
    Nov. 3 Day 3) - 3.75 pace for 50 minutes

    In this days i just prefered walk! Maybe i will increase with some power walk with Leslie Sansone.

    It has been hard for me to start exercising this month I did really good last month. I haven't been able to exercise at all. I'm not motivated at all!!!

    rramirez1272 i know, sometimes its hard. But for exemple you can do some exercise when you are doing your foods, like power walk, lift the legs to right and left, front to back. Do some abdominal when you watch tv on sofa! Just be creative on that! And you will achieve the 30min per day!
