    I'm in for 450 minutes a week in November

    Week #1 -- 11/04 - 11/10 -- Goal 450 minutes...Actual 453...3.0 minutes over my goal!! laugh I love it!
    Week #2 -- 11/11 - 11/17 -- Goal 450 minutes...Actual 617...167 minutes over my goal! *** a very good week!
    Week #3 -- 11/18 - 11/24 -- Goal 450 minutes...Actual 319...131 minutes SHORT!! egad!
