Jan. 2004 I quit smoking and then this happened:
Starting weight: Dec. 2004: 187 pds my heaviest)
from Jan. 2005 until Jan. 2013 I had lost it all and at one point was down to 118 pds but went up and down many times during this time period, a couple of times back up to 160 pds, just didn't /couldn't stay at goal for more than a 1/2 second.

    5' 3"

    SW: 102
    CW: 105

Small "noob" muscle gain, fat loss. Planning on keeping it up until I get a little leaner, but I am no longer gaining muscle mass. Now I am just maintaining the muscle I have and losing fat. I want to keep the same shape but be more toned.

    5'3" - highest weight was 192, I'm currently at 178

I was 113 after my first child was born, 19 years ago
After two more kids, I hadn't been under 160 in 13 years until two years ago when I made it (via MFP) down to 146 - that was the greatest time ever!

I gained it back due to lifestyle choices and priority mis-steps, but I'm back on track now. :-)

Since Jan 1 this year I've began a new lifestyle. I also drew up this awesome Numbers spreadsheet where I have a new sheet every month, record weight, steps, total weight and percent of my goal. I've also forgiven myself for the occasional beer and pie day or going out with work people. And I wake up the next morning to a healthy breakfast and get back on track

    Height: 5ft 2.5 inches
    SW: 258
    CW: 234.5
    GW: 150

I also made little goals for every 10 lbs (and 250) as I was 258. So far I've gotten a pair of earrings and a massage. In 4.5 lbs I'm treating myself to a shellac mani, and then at 230 I'm getting a foot tattoo! These have been really motivating and something to look forward to =D

    5' 3", 39 yrs. old.

    SW: 143
    CW: 119 (117 was lowest)
    GW: originally, 123, then 115, now ?

Got down to 117 about two months ago, and decided to take a break from cutting. I want to improve my body composition, so I shifted to maintenance and added Starting Strength (gained 2 lbs almost instantly from restoring glycogen/water). Realized that Starting Strength adds weights too quickly in the later stages since I don't have access to fractional plates - failure and deloading is not enough to get me from a 50lb to a 55lb military press.

This week I've shifted to All Pro's beginner routine and am working on figuring out intake for a slow bulk. Eating 100-200 cals above calculated maintenance. Curious to see if I actually gain on that or not. Right now, I'm guessing I'll have to increase more, but I'm willing to take my time with it.
