    Aside from the fact that you're likely to sacrifice muscle in the process, and aside from the fact that you will be sorely lacking in micronutrients, there's also the potential for binging with this plan.

    Choose a reasonable deficit, eat a variety of foods including lots of fruits and vegetables. Get some exercise. Don't sacrifice your health just for one day of looking skinny (and probably sick).
