I've had a slight gain lately so I'm hopeful that's at least off when I weigh in Tuesday. I'm trying to reach a goal I'd set to be down an additional 20lbs for Christmas. That would put me at the 25lbs lost mark in just under 2 months of my restart here. Not sure if it's possible but I'm not letting up! Needed the extra push and this group has been it!0

I'm jumping in today. Just a little over two week until Christmas and I'll take whatever I can get! My weekend was totally off the grid. I need to get back to what I know works and stop messing around. This post will help me remember what my goals are.0

Lost 9.5 lbs since Nov. 25th0

I reached and lost beyond my goal!!! My goal was to get down to 269, minus 6lbs. I weighed in at 268 this morning! :bigsmile: Maybe I can get down to 265 by Christmas! Staying on track! How's everyone else doing? ~Charity0

Great job everybody! I love to hear about all the losses! It's going slow for me but it always does, the scale and I are just not friends. However, my body is changing and I'll take new measurements maybe this weekend to see what's up.

Stayed on track yesterday. It's hard this time of year with all the treats and goodies brought into work. I am determined that will not eat any of it and that I will not buy any of my trigger foods. I have nine workdays until we are closed for winter break. I will get through those nine days without falling off the wagon.

Well apparently that loss was due to me being dehydrated. And then we got some ice and snow...snacked too much while being at home for 3 days straight :grumble: So, then I was back up 3lbs...grrrrr! Back on track today..but still bummed that I'm back up. :sad: How's everyone else doing? ~Charity0

I've decided to step away from the scale for a while. We will see if I can carry through with that tomorrow morning though. It's normal to fluctuate up and down daily, don't get discouraged. Just get back on the horse.
Completed week 3 day 3 of Focus T25 this morning and I felt so strong :-). Was able to get my knees up higher since there's less belly hitting them when they get up there.
Still holding at 2 pounds lost, I am holding off on remeasuring until I'm done with the first 5 weeks of Focus T25.0 -
