    Exercise and stay as active as possible, avoid those crappy foods..... also DON"T do that last ariel because you will blow your knee out and have to have surgery when you are 35 and it will suck @ss!

    I would have got my hearing checked when it started to give me trouble when I was 25-30. Now at 58 I have serious-unoperable hereditary loss and wear a hearing aid. I should have been smarter--It would have changed my life. Are you listening out there you 25-30 or 40 yr olds?

    I'm 26 and I've done some dumb things but there isn't much I would change because it put me right where I'm at right now which is a very good place. But...

    DTMFA when you know full well it's not going anywhere. Don't drag it out. It's okay to demand better (but again, if I didn't break up when I did I doubt I would've found my fiance when I did).

    Keep up with friends and family. I moved and it makes me sad that a lot of people I was once close with only amount to facebook friends now.

    Wear a helmet when riding the more neurotic horses. It'll save you an ambulance ride, some scarring and $2k that you'd rather spend on other things.
