    Well done YOU!!!! Do you still get surprised and confused when you catch a glimpse of yourself in a shop? Also, I'm glad you weren't like me and hid away all your life (pre 'thin') Will be easier to hold yourself accountable. I've always hid and when I got depressed, I went right back into hiding and ate it up. Staying visible will hopefully keep you in your good place : ) So happy for your achievement, woman!!
