    12/4 - Rest day
    12/5 - 4.54 (1 mile slow, 25 min tempo, 1 mile slow) - Beautiful running weather in Florida
    12/6 - Rest day
    12/7 - 3.52 miles (3 slow miles, .52 miles sprints)
    12/8 - Rest day
    12/9 – 8.04 miles (steady)
    12/10 – 5 miles (4 miles + sprints)
    12/11 – Rest day
    12/12 – 5.02 miles (1 slow, 3 fast, 1 slow)
    12/13 – Rest day
    12/14 – 8.05 miles (5 slow, 3 fast) Nice long run with my husband. :smile:

    Unfortunately, I'm out! :( My foot is still killing me and I need to rest it more. Will cross train for now and hope to start running again soon.
