    #2 When protein shake - White Chocolate (60 cals, 1g fat, 1g sugar) with Trader Joe's Almond milk

    #3 4oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, 3 egg whites scrambled, cayenne pepper, 1 7 grain toast, Trader Joe's almond butter.

    #4 When protein shake - White Chocolate (60 cals, 1g fat, 1g sugar) with Trader Joe's Almond milk

    May sound boring but I cook only on Sundays, divide up the portions, freeze Thrs, Fri, and Saturdays meals and take only less than 10 minutes to heat up, eat, and wash.

    chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting :tongue:

    1 large egg
    1 T coconut flour
    1T cocoa powder
    1T parmesan cheese
    2T worm water
    1t butter
    1/4t baking powder
    1/4t instant coffee
    2 packets stevia ( to taste)
    Dash salt

    * edit* mix all together nuke for 2 min

    Frosting
    1oz cream cheese
    1 packet stevia

    I start every day with oatmeal. I use cinnamon, a tiny bit of vanilla extract and peanut butter. My day just doesn't feel right without it!

    When I started out n MFP 2 months ago I finally heeded the advice to make sure that I have breakfast every day. It may be boring and not the best opion, but I have wholemeal toast with vegemite every morning now and I have felt much more alert. I have to admit that I love it and it is the perfect start to my day.

    my breakfast everyday = 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup almond milk, mashed banana and a ton of cinnamon all mixed together, heated for 4+ minutes and usually topped with 2-3 tbsp peanut/almond/or cashew butter. nom.
