    Nothing I eat every day, I only eat 4 days a week. But on the days I do eat it's Pane di casa olive bread, wholegrain wholemeal bread & chobani 2% passionfruit. My chicken, chilli, spinach, mushroom, capsicum, zucchini & slim noodles.

    Well.... A couple ounces of Wegman's Old-Fashioned Ham Off-the-Bone or smoked turket breast, and a few tablespoons of light cream or half & half with my coffee. The deli is either a mid-afternoon or bed time snack (and yes, sometimes both :p)................

    Almost every day: coffee, and some kind of dairy milk/cream or unsweetened nondairy (almond/soy/hazelnut) milk.
    Other than that I don't think there's anything I eat even 50% of the time. Even bananas I only have 3 or 4 days in the weeks when I buy them, and I don't buy them every week. I guess I just like a lot of variety.

    Nothing. I go through phases where I'll want X for a couple of weeks and then need to switch it up.

    Right now, I'm in a 'Seaside cheddar toasted on a slice of sourdough' phase.
