Amazing transformation! I am on a quest to lose 200 lbs total..... so far in 4 months have lost 51 lbs (I go weigh today so stayed tuned for an update)
I don't do a lot of workouts just yet... walking some on the treadmill and tinkering with some Yoga (which is kicking my *kitten*! lol). Being over 300 still hurts quite a bit to do too much but I do what I can at home. I live in a small town that does not have a gym

Sorry... I'm in direct violation of rule #2. I haven't lost a lot of weight. And I don't have a long way to go either. I struggle with self image, and have indeed struggled with "fat" days... so there ya go. I have nothing to offer you in terms of friendship.

Besides.. My super-tolerant (of my attention seeking ways) amazing and awesome friend list is so full of wonderful, that I've stopped adding more... need to be able to love on the ones I have.0 -
