Who eats 1500cals a day

Hi. I would like to get/see some examples of people eating 1500 calls a day. No fast food or chips or candy in the mix though. Thx.

    I will state that I consume around 5000ish cals twice a week to refeed. I am also a male with substantially more LBM so unsure how much of that will be applicable to you.

    I eat 1700 a day...but I eat chips and candy, and drink soda, and eat entire jars of sliced pickles in one sitting.

    My diary is open- but I was 'off' the program for a bit due to illness. Either go back more than 2 weeks or see yesterday/today for example.

    Although, there is beer…and a piece of candy…

    maybe not what you are looking for after all.

    I'm between 1400-1500...but I used half my calories today for a banana split so...I guess that counts me out.

    (Totally freakin' worth it too.)

    i eat 1600 calories and my diary is open. most of my food is homecooked so not a lot of fast food

    I eat around 1500. I do allow myself to have "unhealthy" things (like candy) in moderation though. Open food diary, feel free to check it out.

    I eat 1400-1600 depending on my workout. No fast food, ever. And the only candy is an occasional mint. :-)

    I'm at 1700..probably netting around 1500 after exercise. But I've got pie and sweets in mine and I'm planning on KFC this week.:laugh:

    I didn't log yesterday evening so I'm not sure. Running the numbers in my head I think I might have had about 1500 calories... of beer and whisky.

    Pretty close, by trying to eat low carb and low sugar. Usually no desserts but today I had a kashi dark chocolate and coconut granola bar w 7g of sugar.

    Subway for lunch, McDonald's for dinner, chocolate bar and cookies as snacks.

    My goal is 1573 net calories, but I do enjoy reasonable amounts of candy and other treats, plus I had pizza for dinner (gasp!) so probably not what you're looking for.
