    1. 1 boiled egg with yoke. 1 piece of whole wheat toast with butter. 1 cup of coffee with 1 serving of creamer. Sometimes I have a 1/2 cup of OJ to get the calcium.

    2. 1/2 serving of oatmeal with small amount of butter and a tbl spoon of coconut or almond milk. sometimes I put a few raisins in it.
