Totally agree. I know if I'm up or the same or down. And I'm usually within .2 of being correct in how much either way.4 -

OMG: some of these made me LOL....there are some very witty, awesome people on this site.
For us it's knowing the contractions of IIFYM, NROLFW, Paleo..........probably many more but I'm pre-coffee.
Then there's....... Clean!?, Heavy, Iron, Toned, Squat, Lunge. (Almost sounds like a porno' promo)
So many terms!!!!
