    You can guess caloric value just by looking at an item.

    SO TRUE! And can tell whether you've gained or lost a pound before even stepping on the scale. :)

    Totally agree. I know if I'm up or the same or down. And I'm usually within .2 of being correct in how much either way.

    OMG: some of these made me LOL....there are some very witty, awesome people on this site.

    For us it's knowing the contractions of IIFYM, NROLFW, Paleo..........probably many more but I'm pre-coffee.

    Then there's....... Clean!?, Heavy, Iron, Toned, Squat, Lunge. (Almost sounds like a porno' promo)

    So many terms!!!!

    When logging on your phone, everything comes up without having to type it out completely because you've been logging and eating pretty much the same things for years :)
