    Thanks for bringing this thread back amusedmonkey - I've had a lovely giggle and identified with so many of these!

    I haven't been doing this long enough to have seen this thread first time around, but you know you've been doing this a long time when you know in advance that your weight is going to fluctuate up due to that sodium/heavy workout/TOM .....and it doesn't freak you out when it actually does.

    Just because you aren't going to care about the total calorie count doesn't negate the value of knowing how many calories you had.

    Yep. I always log, even if I'm going to end up 1000 calories over.
