I have these same goals! I am recovering from a sprained foot and ankle so I can't run right now but I will start up with my trainer again next month and work on core/strength so that when I can start running again I am ready. I have made this goal so many times over the years but I "feel" it for 2014! This is my year!0 -

Maintain and keep off the 75 pounds I've lost over the last couple of years. I enjoyed the holidays and now need to get back on track and be sure I stay within the 4 lb. swing I allow myself because I'm on the upper end of that number right now. But it's ok...I just need to cut back a bit. I have felt so much better and don't want to go backwards again!0
