    I got out for a 6km run at lunchtime today. I'm happy with that. Hopefully I can get up to 15km by the end of the week but it's a hectic time so I'll settle for ten if I have to. Every little bit helps!

    I missed Monday's run, and tomorrow's run isn't looking very likely. I will not be making my goal.

    I'd like to tell you all right now that the flu sucks. I hope I get well enough to add some miles next week, but 60 miles was probably a little too ambitious, anyway.

    Ticker only includes runs. I am trying to stay on-track with my marathon training. Unfortunately my fascitis is already flaring up :( Crossing my fingers that I can get through this & get & stay healthy. There are a lot of races on the calendar over the next six months!
