    M, W, S- run 45-60 minutes and abs

    T- bike 40 min, weights
    Th- elliptical 40 min, weights

    Sunday is rest day or I take a walk.

    This week my schedule looks like this:

    Monday: Crossfit, 45 minutes Bike AERO, 30 minute Tempo run (BRICK)

    Tuesday: 60 minutes Easy run (6miles)

    Wednesday: Crossfit, 60 min. Bike AERO, Run 20 min AC (BRICK)

    Thursday: Run; 15 min warmup w/4x:90 strides, 5x1mile repeats w/4 min run intervals, cooldown

    Friday: Crossfit, Run 45 min. AERO.

    Nothing on Saturday OR Sunday because for some reason my coach has given me New Years day OFF. (But I will probably run 8 miles anyway)

    I am in Phase one of the New Rules of Lifting for Women

    My schedule is 3 days of lifting and 2 days of cardio (currently finishing C25k - on week 8)

    I rest Wednesday and Sunday
