    Not sure I can pick a favorite. I like to make my own Foccacia and it's to die for. Are pastries included or is that a separate category? I also make a mean pastry.

    Yeah croissant is my #1, but at 300 calories a pop, I haven't had one in a year!

    I just learned to make croissants. It is dangerous knowledge for sure.

    Anything but white. I hate white bread.

    I use oatmeal or whole-grain bread for sandwiches and sourdough for French Toast.

    Choosing one bread is madness

    Favorite breakfast breads: Everything bagels with garlic & chive cream cheese, whole grain for toast, rye for egg dipping, and biscuits, brioche (best french toast ever), sourdough english muffins.

    Sandwich breads: Pita bread, whole grain, sourdough, italian and potato

    Soaking up liquids: Naan, Sourdough, pumpernickel, French baguette, and Italian bread bowls.

    I made homemade pizza dough a few days ago. Damn that was GOOD.

    YES. If I had to pick one, awesome homemade pizza dough (and all the yummy things you can make with it) would be it.

    Also, bone bread from Eatzi's. Something about cutting the roof of my mouth on that super crackly crust ... weird. I know.

    I'm not sure you can get it outside the UK. We keep it to ourselves :glasses:

    Edited after checking Wikipedia: Tiger bread (also sold as Dutch crunch in the USA, tijgerbrood or tijgerbol in Netherlands) is the commercial name for a loaf of bread which has a unique mottled crust.

    Many places have mini croissants now, which at around 160 cals is much easier to deal with.
