Especially during sit ups. Is there a solution?

Yes I have a solution for you. May I suggest the downward dog position?0

I've tried these, but they ended up turning into projectiles and I almost got my pilates instructor blind

I googled 'shart' and almost spat my tea with laughter.0 -

That is actually a fantastic idea. I could try shooting different weights during my sit ups for increased difficulty :-)0 -

The other option would be vaginal reconstruction surgery.
Oh, and stop sticking your arm up there and letting all that air in.0 -

Recently someone reported me, so I got this: http://puu.sh/6bXYv.png
To which I responded: http://puu.sh/6bYtJ.jpg
And later got: http://puu.sh/6bXKS.png
So I realized the site was ran by conservative americans. I figured a solution. So far no one has reported me.0 -

using an abosorbing product for an area not actively needing it is extremely dangerous. That's a horrible idea.
Someone was telling me she had a very similar issue doing down ward dog- it's caused by the internal shifting of the organs creating a vacuum which in turn means when you shift- the air has to go somewhere- only where to go is out.
which gives you the fabulous queef. I refuse to do dragon flags for this very reason- it's like a prolong whoopie cushion effect. it's awful.
BUT as you strengthen and bring awareness to your lower abs you can help brace and keep things from moving DOWN (or up if you are inverted) and creating that vacuum.
It's a thing- it's not just you. Lots of people have this issue.0 -
