Dem arms!!! Wow! Is there a specific weight lifting program you've followed?
Thanks! I run alot and work with a PT twice a week. She has me doing a HIIT based workout that incorporates a lot of bodyweight exercises (push ups, burpees, etc) and multi-muscle weighted moves (weighted duck squats, dumbbell rows, concentrated curls, overhead presses, bench-presses. etc.) I'm using 12-15 dumbbells, 25lb rows and benching around 85.

I used to be very skinny, I remember my arms being just bones, no muscle...so here is my before and after picture. I would like to say Good job all of you, you are all an inspiration.
I wish I could show your pictures to all my friends who thinks they can't bulk up just because they have an extremely high metabolism!24 -

I found a picture that was taken last year this time. Oh my goodness!! How horrible! I almost fell out when I saw how I looked. I thought I was cute in that blue top. Lol "NOT"!97

I started on March 1st, but these before photos are from March 12th, 2016...I weighed 308 pounds when I started.
My apologies for the bathroom photos, but I thought if I ever got to where I looked better, it would be nice to have some before photos.
The After Photo..taken almost exactly 6 months later on Sept 11th. So far I have dropped over 80 pounds..and I feel much better!

@Fatimaelder I started with NROLFW then moved to Stronglifts 5x5 and now I do my own program (which is basically SL with more deadlifting, and a lot more accessory work). I have a Fitbit and I don't like to do cardio at the gym so I park about 20 minutes from work, wall on my lunch and I walk on my 15 minute breaks at my desk job. I get 10-12k "steps" in that way, and I have a traditional desk job! Makes a huge difference. And as always, my diet has to support my goals from a calories/macro standpoint.15

2013 ~166lbs
2016 ~145lbs
My goal is to 125-130lbs, and I got really close last year to 135lbs, but I keep gaining and losing those 10lbs and never quite reaching my goal weight. I'm posting this for some motivation. My weight has been coming off very slowly, and it's been quite discouraging54 -
