My before and after pictures.
First picture (taken in January 2015) I weighed 160lbs.
Second picture (taken this weekend) I weigh 122lbs.

My advice to anyone is really just never give up! You may hit a stump where you're not losing anything, but keep on pushing through! I am the happiest I have ever been with my weight, I would really love to motivate somebody to feel the same.

Me on mobility scooter on holiday last August, had a back op in November and started healthy eating in January. Have so far lost over 2.5 stone.
