275 in November of 2019, dropped down to 220 by July of 2020, I went back up to 275 this past year in October. Now I am back down to 258. Working to get down to 200. The after pictures were from my initial weight loss.

The pictures are amazing on all of you folks! Congratulations. I don't have any before pictures, so now it would not make sense posting mine. But I started this journey in May 2022 (205lbs) started using this app in August 0f 2022 as of February 2023 I am down 28 lbs. Proud of this accomplishment and plan on losing another 10 lbs by Summer 2023.

Biometric goals met. Lbs, blood sugar, cholesterol, bmi etc. Now it's time for aesthetic goals.

From 220lbs to 189lbs, mostly diet (thx FP!) and some weight lifting, mostly for toning and strength. Have really plateaued now for awhile, would love just 9-10 more pounds! 🙏🏻😝
