My starting weight was 235, but in the picture on the right, I'm probably around 230ish. The photo was taken in the summer of 2016, and I started losing weight in January 2017. I kind of mostly... avoided photos, so I can't find one of me at my heaviest. I'm currently 182, which you can see in the picture on the left. My current goal is to get to 150 by August for my sister's wedding.

Needing to refocus as I have been maintaining within a 10 pound range for over 6 months during my divorce. I thought sharing here again might help because I never posted at my lowest! (And I missed that opportunity, hah!)
Amazing job! It's pics like this that give me hope for after I have baby #5 in March! I have a LOT of work to do but I know I can do it! I still workout and eat pretty healthy even while pregnant just can't lose weight now

2 yrs today! Looking at my before picture brings back a lot of bad memories. Reminds me how uncomfortable I was.

Thought I’d share here it’s been 13 months since I’ve been dedicated to losing the baby weight I’ve gained through 7 pregnancies(full term).
First pic is 236 (6 weeks pp from baby 7) second is same sweater but November at 185
Recent pic 179 still 5lbs to overweight and 45 to healthy weight range.

This is stupid for a number of reasons. 1) the comment was made to a guy 2) there's a saying that abs aren't made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen. #fail

Liverpool. I like NFL though-but its not on terrestrial tv. Years ago they used to have the late night Sunday game
