Im not much of a success anymore

295 to 196 to 224!! Im posting this as a reminder and visual to myself I seriously need to get back on track it only took me 7 months to pack on nearly 30lbs. Im so disappointed in myself.

A bunch of us have lost less and gained it all back. You're still 71 pounds to the good, and getting back on track. I think that's a success. Keep up the hard work!

Still a work in progress... This has been over a year, due to slowing down and gaining back a little, but glad to see this progress so far. Started at 194lbs and currently at 156lbs. Congrats to everyone on here! This is truly very inspiring to me.

Congrats to everyone on here for your success! Even those who I saw have gained some of their weight back, before I lost weight this time around, I had lost 40lbs and gained it back plus another 20. It’s just another opportunity to keep pushing and motivating yourselves! I started at 190.4lbs on January 29, 2018. I’m currently 151.8 lbs and my goal weight is 140. Feel free to add me!
