@ek0513 what fish is that in the second pic? I was going to say Marlin but it doesnt have the spear-nose. Looks like it could feed a village

That is a Northern Pike. Based on the Green Bay jersey, I'm guessing it was caught in Wisconsin.

Pike are freshwater. Wisconsin is in the middle of the US - no saltwater nearby.

Thought it might be from Wisconsin bay but it looks huge, so was wondering if it was from the sea. Should be on River Monsters, next to all the catfishes that guy catches

Here is my progress photo. Made it to first goal now will be beginning recomp in the next couple of weeks. This is from Jan of this year to now. 30lbs gone

My weight has stalled for 2 months now. I still have 15-18 pounds to lose hopefully I reach my goal by next year 2019 summer. Happy with my progress so far.

Not really a success story as I cut and bulk every year, but hopefully some motivation for others! Bulk vs cut

I was thinking of holding off for some time yet, but the stories in this thread are so inspiring, that I just had to share mine almost in spite of myself! October 17' - 101kg (223 lbs), May 18' - 89kg (196 lbs), still quite some way to go (I'd like to be at about 15% BF, whereas I'm at around 22% right now), but, well, I can certainly see the difference.

Looking great! You look a ton younger now than in your before picture. You're doing an awesome job.
