Wow loving everyone's transformations, and the honesty of them all. Everyone is different but each one is inspirational.

I'm down 36lbs in total but still have a long way to go to where I want to be, looking at your transformations I know it can be done. Thank you.

I don't have a before picture unfortunately, even though I'm sure there are a few floating around. I do have a between picture though. I surpassed my goal weight recently and am now moving on to recomp.

My transformation took 4 years. It took years of bodybuilding, cardio, and a firm nutrition plan. One of my greatest commitments I made to myself. Finally love my body!
