Started at 260, down around 200 now. Continuing to lose and adjust my goals, but dedication works. 👏🏼 *top right side is most current*

From 285 starting down to about 225 in these pics. Goal is 205 and I'm fighting some self sabotage right now. There's always ups and downs in this, it's never linear like we want it to be. Gonna keep fighting through until I see what I wanna see

Epic transformation!!!!!!!!
Not treading on your feet, but what do you hope to accomplish at 205? Muscle is denser and heavier than fat.
If you’re trying to look badass and fit, you’re already there. But yours is the only opinion that matters, of course.
I had to add back 15 myself to accommodate muscle, and I’m a 61 year old woman who is not in your league at all. When I got close to the goal I thought I ought to be at, I lost muscle, even though still lifting, and looked like a sickly stick figure. Now, I’m much heavier than I look, but fitter and healthier, and get to eat more. 👍🏻
Even though I chose to add the 15 back, my size didn’t change.
Consider reevaluating your goal as you get closer?
All props to you, young man (hahahah! 😂 I get to say “young man” 😂😂😂).11 -

First off thanks for the kind words and your personal experience. Reevaluating is definitely on the table as I get closer to my goal, but right now I've still get some problem areas. My arms and legs kinda throw people off 😅
I still hold onto some fat in my torso, particularly the love handle and man side boob area. I'm guesstimating that 205lbs will be the weight where these should disappear, but I'm not gonna complain if that happens at 210lbs either lol
I also don't have visible abs at the moment, well unless you squint really hard in the right lighting. I don't necessarily want a 6 pack, but I won't complain about getting a 2 pack9 -

Ain’t nobody as hard on us as we are on ourselves. We magnify “flaws” and often fail to see gains.
Don’t forget, some of that is extra skin and not fat. Even old as dirt like myself, the extra skin has receded considerably, which I credit to keeping up with exercise, particularly the lifting and vigorous yoga. I still have a flubbery Michelin Man ring which others don’t see, which plagues me, but it shrinks a little more every year. 🤷🏻♀️
You’re young enough (and didn’t abuse your body for decades, like moi!) that it should be much faster for you if you’re diligent with the process.
Stick to it. And remember, muscles, like those beauties you’ve earned, need to be fed.
I hope you look yourself in the mirror every morning and thank yourself for the gift you’ve given yourself.
Hugs to ya!9 -
At a conference in November 22 and again in September 23, 94ish pounds lighter.

Amazing transformation!8 -
I have chronic migraine, so dieting was out of the question, I started Botox for migraine in 2018 & on the 1 January 2019 I started walking on my treadmill, at first it was 10 minutes at a very slow pace with no incline, over the year I slowly increased the time, by the beginning of 2020 I could walk quickly again for an hour, then I found Zwift & started jogging, by October 2020 I’d gone from 95kgs to 59kgs, I then started adding weights & sit-ups as I had no muscles at all, I now weight 64kgs, I’ve gone from size 18/20 to a size 14 in tops, I have wide shoulders and size 10 in bottoms. For me routine is vital, before I got to bed I set out my workout gear so that as soon as I’m outta bed workout gear goes on & I go work out for at least 30 minutes, usually more, I still eat treats but I now known that’s gonna involve more moving to compensate for it.
