This was my last pic, since then I've been through adding more weight on (on purpose) and currently cutting again.
Great job!

I can't see the difference as much as everyone else says they can, but this is me 60 days in. 45 lbs lost so far. Only about 120 lbs from my goal
I think you are doing great!! 45lbs in 60 days, that is AMAZING!! Keep up the good work!!2 -
This is my 6 month milestone, 30 pounds off. Actually took the pictures then forgot about them a few days. I did not realize the changes were so evident...

YOU are my inspiration!
How tall are you?
You and I share(d) similar body types!
I hope I look like you underneath all this fluff :]1 -

At the start in January, I was already exercising 5 times a week, 2x kickboxing and 3x badminton, but my diet was holding me back. It wasn't total crap, but I would eat cafeteria food 2-3 times a week and have big portions at home. This last 6 months is 70% the result of getting my nutrition under control. A LOT of protein (100-120 g, now I'm actually aiming for 140 g a day) and lots of veggies with some fruit and the occasional crepe/maple syrup fest. :P
I did add weight lifting, first some bodyweight, but the last 2 months were some heavy lifting, deadlifts, squats, presses, pull-ups. Combined with the weightloss it really made a huge difference in how I look and especially how I feel. Can't wait to see the end of year picture. Planning another 10 pounds off (no more!) and getting into powerlifting.
