Of course logging accurately is important, but you are a pro at this, you lost a 100 pounds! Even if you weren't particularly accurate, chance are your underestimating your lifestyle (I put sedentary but I know I walk a lot and run around with my kid and do house-chore jumping and dancing around) so even a 100-200 calories mistake would not amount to rapid weight gain.

You need to read this to have an understanding of your BMR: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912920-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-2013 and this so you will know to never go under BMR: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/3047-700-calories-a-day-and-not-losing.

If I eat under my BMR for a few weeks - like I did at 1400 cal a day (my BMR is around 1650 cal a day - I'm 216 pounds now and 5'4") I will stop losing. Even if I exercise with my HMR and eat back calories, If I don't go over BMR I can't seem to lose weight. If I eat more around 1650 I will suddenly start shredding weight, sometimes even faster then predicted (1 pound / week). I'm not a scientist, I can't explain it. But I've been on this forum long enough to know I'm not alone...

And if you keep your heart to 85% of it's capacity and weight around 216 pounds, you can burn 550 calories and hour. I do it by running an hour every week. A 200 pounds person that really work out at 85% can burn that much. Of course if you half-*kitten* it comfortably at 65-70% the burn won't be that high...

Invest in a HRM! It will save your life. I just got one this week, and I'm already logging my calories burned so much more accurately.

Perhaps you accidentally posted this comment on the wrong thread...

    ...because...

...well, because it makes zero sense given what OP has told us.

Unless, of course, you are suggesting that she wear TWO HRMs...

...which wouldn't be the craziest thing I've read on the MFP forums.

I would say she just randomly posted a comment without reading through the whole thread. Seems to happen a lot. maybe she should get another HRM and wear both, see if they match numbers!

Sometimes when I hear hoof beats, I like to assume they're zebras...

    ...or unicorns...

...or tiny little squirrels with abnormally large feet in tap shoes.
