What are your weight gain weaknesses?

My big three weaknesses are:
1.- Staying up too late and then
2.- Wanting some bourbon
3.- And snacking

My biggest weakness is rice. I can eat a whole pot of it if I don't watch out! I measure it now so I know exactly how much I eat.0

When I'm sleepy I will eat everything in sight. Also bread, some days I will eat nothing but sandwiches even though I know its terrible for me to not eat anything else0

1. Potato chips. I can eat an entire family-size bag in one go, easily.
2. Pizza. Ditto on the eating a whole pizza in one go.

Also, going home to where my meals are cooked for me by my parents which is great, but I'm always at the 'mercy' of what they prepare. Similarly, they are followed by tea and biscuits which I can handle, but when cakes/pastries are added to the mix…it's just too much for me!
I prefer having the independence and freedom to cook healthily0 -

Unexpected schedule changes...esp at work. For some reason, make me feel like I have the right to nom all the noms. *shrug0
