    Ice cream; once I start, the binge is on. Oh yeah, any alcohol...there goes the will power

    • Turning a treat into a habit.
    • Eating throughout the day to fuel an evening workout I end up having to skip.
    • Feeling justified in eating ALL THE THINGS when I'm on the "down" side of normal weight fluctuations.
