Well done absolutely amazing. Can I ask if you had a maximum amount of kcals you would consume a day on your journey or did you just focus on healthy foods and ignore kcals?0

Absolutely!!
Breakfast:
Option 1: egg white omelette with turkey sausage crumbles, onions, peppers and cheese.
Option 2: 4 hard boiled egg whites and grapes.
Option 3: I make egg white muffin/quiche. Fill muffin tins with peppers, onions, sausage, potatoes (whatever you want), pour in egg whites until 3/4 full, bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
Lunch:
Option 1: 3-4 ounces turkey breast, carrots, cucumbers. Greek yogurt for snack.
Option 2: 1 can of tuna, 1 tbsp of light mayo, apple. String cheese for snack.
Option 3: chili or soup. Apple for snack.
Dinner:
Option 1: chicken breast, steamed broccoli
Option 2: steamed spiced shrimp, grilled zucchini
Option 3: baked potato topped with chili
Snack options: apple, grapes, peach, string cheese, Greek yogurt, protein shake, carrots, cucumbers1 -
