    Amazing!!

What did you do to keep so toned while losing all the weight? So many people end up with loose skin but you look fabulous!

Did you lose faster with weight watchers or my fitness pal?

I lost more with MFP. I found that it was easier to track and I had more support...even if it was all online!

I'm sorry if someone already asked this... but how tall are you? We weigh the same... but I'm a size 12 and you're a size 4! Just curious!

    Thank you!

Well done absolutely amazing. Can I ask if you had a maximum amount of kcals you would consume a day on your journey or did you just focus on healthy foods and ignore kcals?

1200 calories. And I don't eat the calories I earn by working out.

    Absolutely!!
    Breakfast:
Option 1: egg white omelette with turkey sausage crumbles, onions, peppers and cheese.
Option 2: 4 hard boiled egg whites and grapes.
Option 3: I make egg white muffin/quiche. Fill muffin tins with peppers, onions, sausage, potatoes (whatever you want), pour in egg whites until 3/4 full, bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
    Lunch:
Option 1: 3-4 ounces turkey breast, carrots, cucumbers. Greek yogurt for snack.
Option 2: 1 can of tuna, 1 tbsp of light mayo, apple. String cheese for snack.
Option 3: chili or soup. Apple for snack.
    Dinner:
Option 1: chicken breast, steamed broccoli
Option 2: steamed spiced shrimp, grilled zucchini
Option 3: baked potato topped with chili

Snack options: apple, grapes, peach, string cheese, Greek yogurt, protein shake, carrots, cucumbers
