    Amelie you are a beautiful young lady. You should be so proud of yourself. Losing 100 lbs is quite an accomplishment. You don't need to lose any more weight. what you can do is start a strength training program. That will help you lose body fat and give you nice muscle tone. Congrats on your weight loss.

    Wow, you look amazing!!!! Look how far you have come! I know you are worried about your tummy, but to be honest there is hardly anything there! You already look fantastic so stop worrying, just keep being healthy and if you want to tone up even more maybe add some weight lifting into your routine if you haven't already. I know how you feel though. My tummy is my worry too, although mine looks heaps worse than yours. I'm working on it though! Be proud...you are as good as anyone else and you're really rocking that bikini!! Hugs!!
