I'm 5'1" and my goal is 135-140ish. I'll re-evaluate once I get closer to that point.0

You can buy it from Fitbit online. Price ranges from about $59 to $130-ish depending on which model you get. I have the Fitbit Ultra and love it.0

I'm 5'4", my goal is 115-125 lbs.0

I'm 5' 2". My goal is 115. Last time I really tried to lose weight, I got to 117 and felt great (but obviously gave up!). I'd be really happy to reach that again!
Exactly my goals and story too! Even at my age, I am 58 and still look best at that weight. At 125 I start to look matronly and I hate it! That is a BMI 21.4 at 117. I was reading that most women feel they look their best at a BMI of 20 to 22 while men feel they look best at 23 to 25 BMI.0 -
I am just over 5 feet tall and not 100% sure what my goal weight should be, any ideas? Also anyone else having a horrid time with self control? It seems like the harder I try to eat better the more I am compelled to eat the worst things I can find. I am so lost.
I'm 5'4" and my goal for now is 135. Once I reach that, I will eat to maintain a weight of 125Lbs. If I'm satisfied with my appearance before then, I'll maintain a higher weight. With varying body shapes and BF% it's difficult to say what a good weight for you would be. As far as eating "better" goes, I used to try to eat super "healthy" all the time and as soon as I started, I would want sugary foods that had made their way to my "banned list." I'm having MUCH more success with weight loss by eating whatever I want (mostly) in smaller amounts. I try my best to meet my goals for fat and protein and carbs just kind of fall into place for me. Eating chocolate to get some fat and carbs happens almost daily for me. I've lost about 25Lbs eating foods that I like while trying to stick to my macro goals and this has been incredibly easy to do. If it's so difficult to maintain self-control, perhaps think about altering your food choices to something you can sustain forever. I know I will be eating cake sometimes once I reach my goal weight so I'd rather learn how to fit it into my days now instead of having to learn and gain weight once I reach my goal. I've changed to the way I will be eating for life, I'm just eating a bit less to shed some weight.
ETA:: I really am aiming to wear size 4 pants at this point. I could settle for six if I look good by that point.0 -

I don't know if this is any help, but I found this BMI calculator when I first started looking into how to lose weight...

I'm 5'3" and I'm going to assess how I feel once I get to 140. I honestly can't imagine being smaller than 125 ever. I'm guessing my happy, healthy weight to be a fit 130-something but honestly, I've been in the high 150's/low 160's my entire adult life so I have no concrete idea as of yet.0

I'm 5'1'', 25 years old.
SW 167lbs (7/2013)
CW 123lbs
GW 120lbs
UGW 115lbs?
I took baby steps towards my goal. My first goal was to get down to 132lbs (highest weight of healthy BMI). I achieved 132lbs in November & am continuing to lose weight, just to look better in my new clothes. I'm now incorporating strength training 3X week because I'm just looking skinny fat. I'm more worried about toning up than losing anymore weight. 115lbs would be nice though.0 -
I'm 5'4 and my goal is around 160-1700

I am 5ft 3 currently weigh 149.6, my lowest weight was my pre-prego weight at 132 and I was happy there. However knowing I have a little more jelly hanging down due to gaining upwards to 60lbs with my boys I am currently thinking more along the lines of 125-130. But also I am incorporating some strength so maybe that will make a difference. We will see0

I'm almost 5 foot 3, 20 years old, currently weigh 158 pounds and would like to get down to 128 pounds.0

I'm 5'1" my goal right now is 145, and I know, that's high but I know I felt/looked good there before. once I hit that if I feel like I should go lower I will shoot for 125. but I don't think I want to go lower than that even if my BMI says I should be. : /0

I'm 5'3 and would love to be around 130 lbs....my ultimate goal0
-
I'm 5'3 and my current goal is 140. I've been as low as 137 but I want to reach and maintain 140 for at least 6 months before I work lower. I'd like to sit at 132-137 eventually, and even though I know that's technically high for my height, I like the way I looked and felt at 140ish so that's where I'm most comfortable.0

I am 5'4" and my goal is 125.

5'1 and my goal weight is 110-115. 115 I look great in my opinion, but I want to really try for 110 and see how that looks (and i will add in strength training)0

I'm 5' and goal weight is 1100

I'm 5'. My most recent "low" weight was 113. My goal weight is 105. From my "look" before, I see it as a reasonable, attainable goal. It's definitely going to take focus and determination!0

I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 125. At the moment I'm 1370
-
I'm 5'3 and I'd like to be at about 125 with muscle.0

I would start with what weight would get you in the healthy range (most people start with a normal bmi). Then as people lose weight and get in shape the weight number becomes less important and they have different goals. Running races (5K's to marathons), building strength, muscle, fitting into a certain size.
Just start with getting healthy, you can determine your ultimate goal as you go through the process.
^^^^^ This! I'm just under 5'. I think 125 - 130 gets me in the normal range.0 -
My goal is to regain the muscle, strength, and feeling strong I had few years ago & couple that with the new weight range I'm in now which is 20 lbs lighter than I was 3 yrs ago.0
