I work out, extra hard! Helps with the cramps, mood and curbs cravings. I still crave for the chocolate but a couple of pieces will do! I don't have to eat the entire bar. Plus more workout = more food. So I can eat what I crave for in moderation.0

I told my husband about this thread because it made me giggle. His opinion? "You're bleeding from the crotch. You deserve to eat what the F you want."

I should get my visitor next weekend. But I am starting to get the pre period bloat! I always do about a week before. I'm currently craving salty and sweet foods, like chocolate. I have chocolate granola bars and these 100 calorie brownie bites ( from Special K ) which is satisfying the cravings for less calories. As far as the salt, I give in but eat a small amount of pretezels.
When my period actually starts, I sometimes crave hamburgers.0 -
these posts kill me because it has me thinking some people have no control over their actions .
anyway i do the same as any other day, if it fits in my calorie goals and i want it then i eat it if it doesnt then i dont. i dont use any particular day of the month as an excuse
