Flax seeds (helps lower cholesterol) and PB2 are my daily go-tos.

    Sometimes blueberries.

If I have plain oatmeal, I add a little agave nectar to sweeten it.

I add flax, egg whites, vanilla, cinnamon, usually crunchy PB and about half a tablespoon of 100% maple syrup. I like to slice up half a banana although sometimes I'll cook it in the oatmeal to sweeten it. I also love dried fruits and nuts, sometimes subbing chia for flax. A dollop of jam or even those little candy flavorings are good. Not all at once but I usually use about 350 cals. And I make it w/ part water part almond milk.
Chocolate is always good, unsweetened cocoa or chocolate chips. Coconut..... I love oatmeal because the possibilities are endless!

I usually use Irish quick cooking oats but I do love old fashioned oats and I love the extra thick cut oats.

Usually I like mine made with water, with a dash of skim milk at the end to cool it down a little and sweetener. Quite plain I know, but I like the taste of the oats mainly on their own :)

When I want to mix it up a bit though I tend to add random combinations of -

    honey
    cashews
    chopped apple
    raisins/sultanas
    cinnamon
    almond milk
    peanut butter

Today I added 2 servings SF / FF banana pudding mix. Thickens it up and tastes awesome. Just 50 calories. It was great!

My favourite is pure maple syrup, pecans (dry roasted first) and cinnamon

If I need a treat that is almost like a cake - square of dark chocoate and hazelnuts (again, dry roasted first) or

square of dark chocolate (or cocoa powder) and candied orange peel.

Have tried many, many other combos but those are my top 3.
