No, tattoos can be so attractive. That being said, heavily tattooed people are attractive when their tattoos are well done and tasteful. No scratcher basement "tats," no tribal, logos or text all over their body, those kinds of tattoos tend to be kind of tacky. Like if a man has a traditional or neotraditional sleeve, good lord, he moves up the hotness scale like 5 points. If he has poorly done tattoos by some friend at a house party, yeah, he moved down the scale a couple notches. I hope this doesn't offend anyone, I've been a tattoo apprentice for over a year now and have developed a certain (snobby) taste for tattoos. Lol. All in all, in my opinion, well done tattoos = sexy.
