DANCE! It is a great form of exercise. Take classes if you want. Do it in the privacy of your home. I'm overweight, working on fixing that and one of the ways I am doing that is mixing up my workout. I've even been belly dancing- AT HOME- LOL. If you love it, do it. You'll be enjoying yourself and reaping the health benefits at the same time. You go for it girl!!0
