My wife can be such a jerk sometimes

There's a Strip Club right down the street and the strippers are starting a walking club for the strippers and patrons.
My wife doesn't want me to join. I think she may be insecure about my weight loss and is sabotaging me.

Ridiculous. I hope she joins you on your journey soon. :flowerforyou:0

kick her to the curb and break up0
-
Are you going to wear a leopard-print pickle pouch when you go out for your walks?0
-
BREAK UP! She sounds like a biach.
I think a stripper/patron walking club would be fantastic actually. I would much appreciate one of those coming to my area.0 -

Hahaha!!0 -
Just break up.0

She's just jealous of your vigor for weight loss and fitness. Tell her to shape up or ship her *kitten* out.0

Ummm pardon me, but, would you want your wife joining a walking group with male strippers? Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't want my man spending time with anyone whose job requires dancing naked on a pole. There are alot of different groups you could join for walking. Why not try meetup.com? I don't think she is sabotaging your weight loss. I think she just doesn't want you spending time with strippers. Completely sounds reasonable to me... Have you asked her to join you? Maybe that would make it better.0

Just do it anyway, she's obviously malicious and trying to hold you back.
If you want to be a hit with the strippers there's this great supplement I can recommend, it works wonders, melted all my fat away in just 10 days...0 -

IDk I trust my wife, I'd hope she would trust me, really why would she want to interfere with my getting healthy?0 -
Just remind her how much money you all will be saving if you could walk with them versus all those nights at the club with them.:bigsmile:0

OMG LMFAO! Almost spit my coffee all over the computer!0 -
I think the problem isn't that she is jealous of you weight loss, but rather the strippers you'd be walking with. Why not start walking with her instead? Or start another walking club that wouldn't wreck your marriage.0
-
She's just jealous. She should join too0
-
Take a pole dancing class....the walk won't seem like a big deal at that point....0

Well-played, sir. Well-played.0

The cluelessness around here kills me lol :laugh:0

You can walk right to the nearest lawyer....0

She sounds horrid!! You poor thing :flowerforyou:
::inserts stripper pole gif here but I'm at work and it's probably not a good idea to google that::
Hang in there!!0 -
Clearly she wants to control you. You should definitely go and send her some texts of you and the group finishing together! <---take that how you want.0

ETS I kinda FIFY........need a smaller pic but cannot fix at work. Still a strong post0 -
Well just tell her if she don't like it then learn to swing her *kitten* around a pole and look good doing it  :drinker:0
-
Sounds like somebody doesn't want to be married anymore...but I think she will be better off without you.0
-
Tell me the name of the club.0
-
well for starters I'm going to assume that your wife is a larger lady?
Personally I know what it feels like to be insecure in those situations but at the same time if you truely feel she is holding you back from weight loss you need to sit down with her and talk about it. Don't yell or anything and that will give you a big clue on the real situation. It could end with you both doing the walking club? I dunno. All I know is, I sat down with my husband and had a similar conversation and now we're great
I wish you luck !0 -
maybe there should be a requirement to actually read what category something is posted in before people are allowed to reply.
wait, that wouldn't work either. Because I know some people that humor has to be explained to on a daily basis.:huh:0 -
.....no. She's not insecure about your weight loss, she just doesn't want you hanging around strippers. Why not instead you and your wife go for walks together? Without strippers?0
