    You look fabulous. Great job.
The other day I hit my original goal of 130lbs. I haven't decided just yet if I want to push for another 5-10lbs, or just work on toning now, but I figure it's time for a comparison picture!

The first two are me around 180lbs on a ms run in 2010, the second two are me at 135lbs earlier this week.
    thanks!

    ** By the way, I'm 5'6" and 24.

I've just been taking it really slow.
I'd say the number one factors that help me are
-remembering to eat breakfast (I started eating breakfast this summer and I lost 15lbs)
-staying mentally and emotionally happy (When I'm low, I feel like I still eat the same stuff, but gain like no other.)
    -I walk everyday
-virtually all of my meals are home prepared (And they are meals. Ridiculous meals. I don't cut out breads or cheeses or meats... I eat everything.)

** When I say "slow" haha, I decided to change my body in March 2011, it's been very casual.

What size pant/shirt do you wear now? I'm just curious because we have almost the same stats, and I'm going for about the same goal.

I also wonder if it would be smart to lose another 5lbs and then, tone, since muscle weighs more than fat?

You don't need to lose any more, you look very slim now. Building strength sounds like a fab idea, but don't worry about the scales going up - if you are building muscle - they will. It's all good :-)

Now is the time to go by measurements only.
